Okay, the Olympics have had me super busy. I can't stop watching. It's like an addiction, and I have no idea how I'm going to deal when they are over.
I've also been writing, and while that's not really news, the fact that I've been writing FAST, and with passion, is.
You know what's weird? I've noticed that my mood is directly influenced by my writing. When the writing is going really well, my mood is fantastic. And lately, the writing has been going…well, the best it ever has. Therefore, I'm on top of the world.
But I've also noticed that when I'm struggling, I'm a bear.
Good thing the writing is flowing.
Also, watch for some fun news, which I can hopefully post soon!

Okay, you’ve got me dying to know what the fun news is!
As far as moods, I’ve noticed that about myself, too. My moods are influenced by my writing, and my writing is influenced by my moods. Quite the vicious circle, actually.

Fun news??? You can’t say that and then not spill it…

Yep - me too. If I’ve had a good writing day I’m way more cheerful than if I’ve had a bad one.
Glad you’re enjoying the CBC coverage
I did watch the skating last night. Still preferred the Bulgarians and Lithuanians to those who won. Oh well.

That is SO me right now. I’m waiting for edits on SBM, so my mind doesn’t want to switch from urban fantasy to the contemp suspense I’m supposed to be writing. So I’m at that grouchy point because my mind won’t flow while I’m waiting for edits. Argh.

Lynn, you know, it doesn’t work the opposite way with me. A good mood doesn’t necessarily make for good writing, nor does a bad mood make for bad writing. But it’s definitely the other way around!
HelenKay, I know I’m a tease! *g*
Loving it, Teresa!
Chey, I feel for you! Hopefully it’ll all get settled soon!
