Every Christmas, Brennan builds a gingerbread house, and then the day after Christmas, he smashes it. This year, we had fun with the destroyed gingerbread house. We decided that it might as well mirror our real house. Yeah, we're a little twisted.

And here's the house after (and yes, houses in the hurricane affected areas of Mississippi have their FEMA numbers/insurance policy numbers painted on plywood and propped against the front of the house:

Oh, Larissa…first of all..what talent with the gingerbread house making! Wow! But more than anything, I love your sense of humor! The “trashed” house after Hurricane Brennan is brilliant! It made me smile. Definitely keep those pics for old times’ sake. I hope you and your family have a great New Year in 2006!!
