is over at Authors After Dark, where I'm talking about my new Kindle, which will be here tomorrow. I'm so excited!
In other news, our fence is up! It looks awesome, so I'm thrilled. And we've finalized plans and gotten the estimate for finishing our basement, so that will get going sometime in the next two weeks or so.
We also have a nest of baby bunnies in our front yard, which has been cool. Fun to watch the mama rabbit come at dusk to feed and care for them. Of course, it's also made me a nervous wreck that someone is going to trample them if they step into our flower bed for some reason. I was like a hawk while the fence guys were here, because they needed to use the outdoor faucet just feet away from the nest. Eek. Yeah, I'm a worry wart.
So anyway, now I'm finishing up with the deadline for the 6th ACRO book and catching up on stuff that's gotten backed up over the last couple of days due to a major medical issue in the family. Thanks for all the prayers and well-wishes, by the way — it helped.

Congratulations on the kindle and the fence! I love my kindle with a deeo and abiding love, although it does tend to make me late on those big release Tuesdays when I have 2 or 3 new books waiting patiently on my home screen.
An important note aboutt he kindle…. release times are west coast time. So if you are on the east coast you will not get your book until 3am on the day of release. Not that I’ve ever sat and stared at my home screen until 3am… more than once or twice.

I love love love my Kindle..but it can be dangerous HA..I mean books in 60 seconds instead of waiting for them to arrive or driving, getting out of the car, staring at what you want..I mean..danger LOL

ohhhh a kindle! I want a sony reader, but.. to be honest, not sure if it is good for my line of work. LOL Need to hold those precious covers in my hands. Baby bunnies! My kids would love that. Have a good day!

Baby bunnies are so stinkin cute. We had a nest last year out under the swingset. Kids were ticked because for about 2 weeks they couldn’t play on it. They aren’t very graceful and I didnt feel like cleaning up any “accidents” LOL
Congratulations. I’ve had my Kindle for about 2 weeks & I LOVE IT! But man it’s going to get me into trouble lol. Hope your books become available on the Kindle (specially in Australia) soon so I can take & read them anywhere I go. Am loving them.
