Apparently, Amazon is experiencing a strange glitch — some authors are losing all the reviews on their books. I know this because Pleasure Unbound went from having 17 reviews…to having none. Here's the letter I received from Amazon about the issue:
"Our customer review database has been undergoing some minor infrastructure modifications, and it is possible that your reviews are linked with the changes.
I have contacted our technical support staff and they are currently working on the issue with review feature on the product page.
At this time, they have not provided us with an exact date when they expect this situation to be resolved. Often these errors are corrected after only a short time, so please check after 2-3 days."
So if you've had problems with your books' reviews or you are a reviewer whose reviews have disappeared, this is what's going on. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon!
